How Does It Work?
As a prospective client, the first step is to contact us and we'll walk you through the admissions process and what is expected. We'll go over any questions you may have for intake. The information below will hopefully address some of the more
common questions before coming to the facility
Insurance Accepted
Synergy Recovery accepts Medicaid, Medicaid with Medicare, or Self-Pay options.
Self-pay for 5 days of treatment is currently $3,000.
If your annual income falls below the Poverty Guidelines, there may be options for state funded treatment if you reside in the counties under the Vaya catchment area: Alamance, Alexander, Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Buncombe, Caldwell, Caswell, Chatham, Cherokee, Clay, Franklin, Graham, Granville, Haywood, Henderson, Jackson, Macon, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Person, Polk, Rowan, Stokes, Swain, Transylvania, Vance, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yancey.
Synergy Recovery does not accept private insurance.
Upon Arrival

A rapid Covid Test will be administered

Any items brought in will be searched

All admissions paperwork will need to be completed, which takes about 30 minutes

Staff will then go over the unit rules, the schedule, and the client rights/handbook

You will then be able to shower and change into some scrubs

Withdrawal scales are then completed and any needed medications will be administered

Unit orientation and a semi-private room will then be assigned.
